Service Controller

Full time | Surrey depot | competitive rate of pay

Key Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate and schedule the servicing, repairs, and maintenance of all plant equipment, tools and fleet vehicles according to customer requirements and internal policies.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service requests, availability, and scheduling.
  • Help maintain accurate records of maintenance, including repair logs, inspection reports, and service histories.
  • Where possible help Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and provide guidance to customers over the phone if needed.
Key skills and qualifications :
  • Previous experience in customer service or operations coordination is preferred but not vital.
  • Knowledge of plant equipment or machinery preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software, outlook excel word etc.
