Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule the servicing, repairs, and maintenance of all plant equipment, tools and fleet vehicles according to customer requirements and internal policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests, availability, and scheduling.
- Help maintain accurate records of maintenance, including repair logs, inspection reports, and service histories.
- Where possible help Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and provide guidance to customers over the phone if needed.
Key skills and qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service or operations coordination is preferred but not vital.
- Knowledge of plant equipment or machinery preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software, outlook excel word etc.
